Head of Group Business Services

Eclipse Power Group

Key words: Talent, HR, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, customer engagement, women in utilities

Leading and developing our Talent strategies to help support our employee experience and grow the business. This includes building a high performing team, enhancing our culture, developing our people and accelerating their performance and recruiting amazing new colleagues.

Claire is a social butterfly and enjoys spending weekends here, there and everywhere catching up with friends (and probably a G&T!). Claire loves stand-up comedy gigs, cooking new recipes and isn’t allowed to buy anymore plants, for inside or the garden! She’d also love a dog like the rest of the team – hopefully a puppy is coming soon!
