We work with a nationwide network of engineers who help us to make sure our networks are working properly. A power cut is a relatively rare occurrence and can happen for many reasons. Whatever the cause, we always work to restore power as quickly as possible.
Priority Service Register
All energy companies – including network suppliers who deliver power – work together to care for customers who need some extra help and support. The support is provided to people who are on the Priority Service Register.
