At Eclipse Power Networks, our recruitment process Is a critical part of the company’s success in attracting, retaining and progressing our valued employees.

We actively Identify our hiring needs and determine specific roles and responsibilities. This helps to develop a well-crafted job description which clearly outlines duties, qualifications and experience required for the position as well as any necessary certifications. We aim to source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.

Reviewing CVs and conducting Interviews provides us with an opportunity to get to know the candidate better and assess their suitability for the role.
