Spencer is deeply enthusiastic about tackling grid access challenges, pioneering new grid connection methods, and partnering with customers to reach net-zero objectives. He divides his time between supporting newcomers at Eclipse Power and within the industry as well as advising businesses. In his spare moments, he enjoys long-distance cycling, motorcycle and campervan touring, and supporting his wife in her aspiration to become a digital nomad working across Europe.
