Shelley Wilson

Responsible for leading the Marketing, IT Systems, Data, Quality, and Business Improvement, ensuring alignment across the Group. Shelley drives brand awareness and communications while also enhancing operational efficiencies, integrating new business initiatives in the Group, and optimising systems to support growth and innovation.

Most of Shelley’s time outside of Eclipse is spent juggling family life with two young children and Nala the cockapoo. A self proclaimed ‘foodie’, Shelley enjoys eating out and sampling different cuisines, even though her cooking skills are still in a work in progress! When she has time, she also enjoys reading and baking, with Apple Crumble and Lemon Meringue Pie always high on the list of requests from family.
