Shay is a passionate, creative individual who loves exploring the outdoors with his two children and filling their weekends with adventure. His innovative spirit drives him to find fresh approaches to business growth, constantly seeking out new ways to make a positive impact. Shay finds immense fulfilment in building strong relationships and engaging with clients, valuing the connections he creates along the way. Though his dyslexia has been a challenge, Shay has embraced it and advocates for greater dyslexia visibility.
