Suzanna Lashford joined Eclipse Power as Director of Sales, Customer and Marketing in 2025 following the acquisition of Vattenfall Networks by Eclipse Power. 

With more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development, Suzanna brings a strong track record of delivering commercial growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic customer partnerships across the UK energy and infrastructure sectors. She has led teams for over twelve years and has extensive experience delivering B2B sales strategies at both regional and national level. 

Suzanna’s specialist expertise includes distribution network development, large-scale bespoke renewable energy project development, electric transport infrastructure, and sales and marketing strategy deployment. She also has significant experience in project finance sourcing and a strong technical understanding of Solar PV, battery storage, EV technologies, and high-voltage networks. 

In her role at Eclipse Power, Suzanna works closely with her team and customers to help them identify the right solution at every stage of their project journey — whether that means delivering a cost-effective IDNO solution, providing specialist private network or microgrid expertise, or offering friendly grid consultancy to determine the most effective route to connection. Her customer-focused approach helps clients navigate complex energy infrastructure challenges with confidence and clarity. 

At Eclipse Power, Suzanna leads the company’s sales, customer, and marketing functions, supporting the business’s continued growth and helping customers transition to smarter, more sustainable energy infrastructure solutions.
