Sarah Owen

Sarah Owen has been the Director of Finance, Regulation and Performance for Eclipse Power since September 2023. Prior that she was the company’s Director of Regulation, Risk and Compliance having been promoted to director-level from her previous role as Head of Regulation and Compliance.

A key part of Sarah’s regulatory responsibilities is ensuring that the business and all its activities are compliant with applicable regulations, legislative policies and industry codes.

Before joining Eclipse Power, Sarah spent over 20 years in regulatory affairs and compliance leading consultations on price control and incentive schemes as well as the EU reform of the Emission Trading Scheme.

A vintage car enthusiast, Sarah competes in vintage car club trials and hill climbs. She is also a fan of the outdoor life, and her four dogs and flock of chickens keep her busy.
