Matthew Swift

As part of his role, Matt leads the Design Team, overseeing a wide range of project types and ensuring that all Eclipse design standards are consistently delivered from award through to adoption. With extensive industry experience across LV, HV and EHV network and civil design, Matt brings a high level of technical expertise to every project.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family. He’s a passionate sports fan, with a love for football, cricket, rugby and American football — a devotion that famously drives his wife a little crazy. Matt is also a keen music lover, particularly enjoying indie and country, and has a growing interest in aviation, with ambitions to one day obtain his private pilot’s licence.
