Lee Scarth

Lee Scarth joined Eclipse Power as Business Development Manager following the acquisition of Vattenfall’s IDNO. Lee supports customers across the delivery of power infrastructure projects and helping organisations navigate the complexities of securing electricity connections. Working closely with developers, contractors, and end users, Lee plays a key role in identifying solutions that support project delivery while maximising commercial and operational value.  

Lee’s experience is centred around customer engagement, relationship management, and supporting organisations through complex infrastructure and energy-related projects. He works across a wide range of developments, helping customers understand available network solutions and navigate the evolving connections landscape. 

As part of Eclipse Power’s business development team, Lee supports customers with Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) solutions, asset adoption opportunities, and electricity infrastructure projects. His role includes helping clients identify cost-effective approaches to network delivery, reduce project complexity, and secure reliable long-term power solutions while supporting project and commercial objectives.
