Dr. Graeme Hutchison

Dr. Graeme Hutchison joined Eclipse Power as Business Director for our Grid Consultancy service line. Graeme brings more than 20 years experience in consulting services for regulated and non-regulated network clients. Most recently, Graeme delivered the comprehensive update of the Saudi Grid Code which included changes to accommodate hyper scale AI data centres. 

Graeme has built a career spanning power systems, network planning, energy regulation, and strategic consultancy across the electricity sector. With extensive experience leading commercial and advisory functions, he has supported the development and delivery of technical and strategic services for clients operating across complex energy and infrastructure markets. 

Throughout his career, Graeme has worked across international energy projects and regulated environments, combining commercial leadership with deep sector knowledge to help organisations navigate evolving market and network challenges. His experience includes supporting growth strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of consultancy services focused on the energy transition and power systems development.
