Charles Deacon has been the Managing Director of Eclipse Power Solutions since October 2023, having joined the Eclipse Power group as Head of Grid Connections in 2022. Charles has nine years of experience in the fields of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and grid connections.
As the Managing Director of Eclipse Power Solutions, Charles is responsible for providing grid support and managing the upstream connections process for the business’s larger customers. He is committed to delivering positive customer experiences by ensuring grid connections become simpler, smoother and easier to understand.
A fan of the outdoors, Charles enjoys cycling, running and spending time in nature. He pays keen attention to current affairs, particularly environmental causes. He holds a Master of Physics degree from the University of Kent.
