Bhushan Kumar is a senior business development professional specialising in strategic growth, contract delivery, and complex electricity connection solutions across the UK energy sector. As Senior Business Development Manager at Eclipse Power, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering seamless, end-to-end power connection solutions for commercial and major development projects. 

Eclipse Power operates across three core areas: a leading Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) service, a specialist microgrid and private network division, and an expert grid consultancy offering. Bhushan is central to driving commercial growth across these services, strengthening key client relationships, and ensuring developments are supported with clear, efficient, and commercially sound energy solutions. 

His role spans the full lifecycle of delivery – from early-stage application strategy and complex network navigation through to metering design, energy supply structuring, and final connection execution. 

Prior to joining Eclipse Power in 2020, Bhushan built extensive experience in senior roles across the utilities and infrastructure sector, developing a strong track record in commercial negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. 

Known for his consultative and commercially focused approach, he consistently places client outcomes at the centre of decision-making. His ability to combine technical understanding with strong relationship leadership has been key to delivering results in a highly complex and fast-moving industry.
