Alex brings more than 18 years’ experience providing legal and investment counsel across the energy sector. In role as General Counsel and Corporate Development Director at Eclipse Power, he leads on corporate structuring, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, supporting the business’s long-term growth ambitions.

Alex has built his career across both private practice and in-house legal roles, working across multiple disciplines. His previous experience has given him a deep understanding of the legal and commercial drivers behind successful renewable and wider energy transition projects, businesses and joint ventures.
