We’re so excited and very proud to announce that Jemma Konuralp, our Lands Rights Manager, has been shortlisted as a Business Champion finalist for this years’ Womens Utilities Network Awards.

A former Paralympian, Jemma works with a proactive mindset and endless energy, which has led to her successfully managing a portfolio of more than 600 sites since joining Eclipse in 2024.

Emma Ford, Eclipse Power CEO and Women in Utilities Network (WUN) Board Member, said of the accolade, “Jemma’s submission was put forward because of her determination and conscientious way of working. Focussed on the customers and partners we collaborate alongside, Jemma has implemented processes which have transformed her function, to further provide a better customer journey.
Most recently, Jemma was instrumental in bringing the Lands Rights team in house. This business decision was bold but has already proven its value, by giving our customers a much improved service. I’m delighted that Jemma’s hard work and resilience is being recognised on a stage that aims to shine the spotlight on phenomenal women in our industry.”
On being informed of the shortlist, Jemma said: “I really appreciate being recognised by my peers for my commitment to making a difference at Eclipse Power. I hope that by being put forward for this award and being shortlisted, I can raise awareness of the importance for inclusion and diversity in the workplace.”
Jemma shares “That diversity of thought from people with different backgrounds makes a huge difference to the success of a business. My service dog from the The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association charity has been an enabler for me in terms of my mobility and I hope to inspire others with disabilities to step out of their comfort zone, because you never know where new opportunities will lead.”
A huge congratulations to Jemma on this well-deserved recognition for the transformational change she has driven at Eclipse Power.
We look forward to sharing more about Jemma’s achievements and the positive impact she continues to make for both our business, our customers and our team.
