Eclipse Power Networks are very pleased to announce our new Graduate Programme which has been introduced into the company.
As part of an ongoing vision to provide opportunities to young adults within the UK Energy industry, our new Graduate programme will provide exciting opportunities for new graduates, as well as provide the company with motivated individuals who are keen to learn and support the growth of Eclipse Power, a leading IDNO.
Graduate Programme Structure
The objectives of our 2-year Graduate Programme are to ensure the individuals:
- Have had the training and support required to establish the appropriate competencies
- Successfully delivered business solutions
- Understand the business intimately
- Could operate effectively within any department
- Have agreed their career development path for the next 2-3 years
- Deliver improved future business outcomes
Our Graduates will typically work within a department/area of the business for 3-4 months at a time and rotate across a period of 2 years. A ‘typical’ rotation will involve:
- Networks / Engineering
- Business Development
- Regulation, Risk and Compliance
- Business Strategy
- HSEQ
- Commercial / Finance
- Asset Management
The objective of the rotation is to ensure that graduates understand the business area they are working within fully, the processes of each department and the desired business outcomes of that team. In addition to this, they will gain some formal training and can provide their thoughts on how/where improvements could be made.
