Responsible for a team that assists in successfully delivering LV and HV schemes from award, through to energisation and adoption. Acting as point of contact for ICPs, CPO’s, Developers; we provide key support and guidance in following our streamlined processes, enabling a smooth and efficient delivery.

When Chelsea is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, holidays in the French Riveria and has a passion for property development!
