Eclipse Power Ltd is an OFGEM licenced Electricity Independent Distribution Network Operator, Grid Consultancy and Private Networks business working within the UK energy industry. We design, own, operate and maintain extra high, high and low voltage electricity distribution network assets, providing power connections to residential, industrial, renewable and commercial customers across the UK. Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the leadership team on executive activities and all office management aspects to ensure our growing team have the right facilities and logistics in place. This role will also require support from all parts of the business aligned to our growth strategy and sound investment decision making for our funders.
A hands-on role reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will have experience of working within the industry, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to influence and lead cross company teams for office or other related activities. The candidate will be responsible for providing organisational support to the leadership team, supporting transformational change, and business improving activities. Ideally, the candidate should have a strong track record in EA or PA roles.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support the leadership team to drive high performance across all day-to-day company areas – this may be diary management, meeting planning, coordinating travel arrangements, reporting delivery.
- Support the CEO on all Board / Investment activity.
- Assist in organising customer and team events
- Lead, manage or support special projects – conducting research, compiling data and implementing (i.e. office strategy)
- Support the Eclipse Power high performance and positive cultural team development.
- Ambassador for the company on all external events ensuring high quality engagements to support growth and brand.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Essential:
- EA / PA experience 5yr+.
- Experience in supporting Senior leadership roles to drive efficiency and high performance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Medium and higher competencies with IT suite and packages e.g. Outlook, MS suite, PM tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Desirable
- Business or management experience or qualifications.
- Customer service and cross discipline project management experience.
