WhatHouse? Awards and Smart Grid
Eclipse Power are proud to sponsor this year’s What House? Awards taking place in November and are excited to be launching our Smart Grid solution.
The What House? Awards are the biggest event in the UK new homes industry and have come to be known as the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry in the UK.
The awards celebrate the very best new homes within the UK and honours enterprising, customer focused housebuilders and the innovative supply chain which is required to produce top quality housing.
Rupert Bates, Editorial Director of What House? stated…
“Our Awards sponsors are all leaders in their fields and best in class, hugely committed to and responsible for the success of the new-build market.”

We have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure our Smart Grid solution is innovative, forward thinking, and suitable for the connection of the Smart Homes of the future.
Due to be formally launched during 2020, Eclipse will be installing in all our distribution substations the network hardware required from early 2020 in readiness for the connection of smart homes.
Are you ready for ‘Smart Grid’?
Our unique Smart Grid solution ensures that future developments are ready for Smart Homes, taking into account all technologies of future housing.
As an experienced Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO), we can offer developers a Smart Grid connection for future smart home developments.
